We roast our world class beans on the darker side of medium which is ideal for the incredibly flavorful, mellow Kona bean. If you have special roasting requests, let us know. Please try our coffee and if you, like many of us, find you just can’t go a morning without it, join our Coffee CSA. You’ll receive your coffee at the beginning of each month for a whole year. If you like to roast your own at home, we also offer green beans. |
