Our jams are made with certified organic ingredients from our farm, organic cane sugar, organic local lehua honey, and Pomona’s citric pectin.

Tropical Jams

Enjoy a fresh taste of tropical fruit on your morning toast!  Delicious Hawaiian flavors zinging on your tongue.  We grow fruits and vegetables above and below our coffee, and our Master Canner Colehour makes yummy jams from them. We have been selling them at the Keauhou Farmers Market since 2005.  Now, they are also available here on our website.

Colehour’s Lilikoi jam has a following of its own.  Papaya-Tangelo is just the right combination of fruity and tangy. Pineapple-Mango is made with our unique organic white spineless pineapples.  Banana Ginger (with lemon!) puts you directly on a surfboard. Rose Petal is a delicate flavor for a morning in the garden. Guava is the scent of Hawaii.  Lulo is a sweet and sour South American fruit that grows well here. Lime and Tangerine Marmalades catch you off guard.
